By accessing the 2b77 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the 2b77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2b77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, 2b77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms before each session. The effective date published at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If you access the 2b77 platform on behalf of a third party, or allow a third party to use your Account, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms and that you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your Account credentials, regardless of whether such activity was initiated by you personally.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version that may be made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To access the full suite of 2b77 services, including sports betting, live casino games, and slot titles, you must register and maintain an active Account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2b77 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and may be required to provide documentary evidence of your age at any point.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted without express written authorisation from 2b77.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Submitting false, misleading, or unverifiable information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• You must maintain only one (1) Account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

2b77 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any recognised national authority. 2b77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC and to permanently close any Account where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 2b77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify 2b77 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All financial transactions on the 2b77 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 2b77 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time; the current list of supported methods is displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are generally credited to your 2b77 Wallet within five (5) minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the policies of the issuing institution.
• 2b77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 2b77 bears no responsibility.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such deposit will be reversed and may result in Account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to daily or weekly limits depending on your Account tier.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. 2b77 reserves the right to request documentary verification of ownership of the receiving payment account.
• 2b77 targets same-business-day processing for mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 2b77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where KYC verification is pending, where suspicious activity has been flagged on the Account, or where 2b77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus abuse policy violation has occurred.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 below. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your Wallet.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, together with the general conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at 2b77 is 30x the bonus amount.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the 2b77 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers generally contribute 100% of the stake toward meeting a bonus wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the provider. Live casino table games, including baccarat and roulette, may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely for specific bonus types. The contribution table for each active promotion is published alongside the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to the required level within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation. Standard bonus validity is 7 days from the date of issue unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

5.4 Abuse & Misuse

2b77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering requirement outcome; using bonus funds solely on games with a near-100% return-to-player rate with the intent to extract cash value rather than play for entertainment; or participating in any coordinated bonus exploitation scheme. Where abuse is detected, 2b77 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account without prior notice.

All sports bets and casino game wagers placed on the 2b77 platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

• A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed to the User. Bets for which no reference number was issued due to a system error are considered void.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that wager.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after commencement, 2b77 will apply its standard void/rollover settlement rules as published in the sportsbook rules section. For cricket specifically, matches abandoned due to weather (including BPL and IPL fixtures) will be settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where a result is declared, or voided where no result is possible.
• 2b77 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a price error, data feed failure, or obvious error in the odds offered, provided that the error is material and that a reasonable player would have been aware that the odds were incorrect.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games and slot titles on the 2b77 platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules governing each individual game are those published by the respective provider.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or slot spin, the round will be completed and settled according to the game's internal state at the time of disconnection. 2b77 is not liable for any interruption to game play caused by factors outside its direct control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent the theoretical long-run average and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2b77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of any Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction of residence.
• Money Laundering: Using the 2b77 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or otherwise attempting to use the platform to obscure the origin or destination of funds. 2b77 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve a predetermined outcome in any game or betting market, including but not limited to multi-account play designed to exploit bonuses or create artificial betting patterns.
• Cheating & Exploitation: Using software tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Exploiting known software errors or technical vulnerabilities without immediately reporting them to 2b77 support.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by any individual under 18.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a confirmed deposit to 2b77. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in Account suspension and recovery proceedings.

2b77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in relation to a deposit made to the Account.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by a minor.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming request submitted by the Account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement that compels 2b77 to restrict the Account.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 2b77 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure and will not be refunded.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, your right to access the 2b77 platform ceases immediately. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable betting rules and the resulting balance dealt with in accordance with 2b77's standard closure procedure. Closed Accounts may not be reactivated except at 2b77's sole discretion.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary suspension (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, 2b77 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing their Account and will not send promotional communications.
